“R” Workshop

Researchers, scientists, professors, students, environmental managers, contractors, industry, anyone who crunches numbers.

This course includes an introduction to RStudio, discussion relating to the structure of the RStudio interface, how to read data into R and saving data, R-Syntax, dealing with missing data, debugging, data classes (vectors, matrices, lists, data frames and factors), writing your own functions and loops.

Participants will also learn basic plotting in R, simple mapping and other plotting functions, advanced data visualization, how to save images, and statistical analysis for linear and non-linear models and multivariate analysis using R.
